Most of LeonardO Tranciati production has always been devoted to the traditional manufacturing of veneer sheets through a rigorous production schedule. It starts from customers’ needs, that is to say, quality, price, visual and technical features of the product. The next stages are the development of the sample approved by the customer - and we keep it in our files, so that we are able to guarantee an unchanged supply in the future – trimming and required cutting of veneers, staves joining through two different techniques: saving joining, that guarantees faster manufacturing, faster delivery times and lower costs; glue joining, that guarantees an extreme high quality product, also during the following stages of sheet pressing, sandpapering and varnishing. Then we proceed with the squaring of joint sheets, quality control (we verify that every single sheet meets quality standards), the customer final test, packing and delivery. In time, LeonardO Tranciati has directed its production towards wood types required by market trends. This is why we have acquired extensive experience in the production of every type of wood, even the precious ones, besides the most common such as Oak, Cherrywood, Walnut and Maple.
